For someone like me who gets bogged down with detail, knowing what to learn first (important info) and what should be learned later (less important info) would be really useful in textbooks. Using the red for red flags and emergency points is eye-catching and makes it stand out. I have never seen the different colour boxes for differential diagnosis, risk factors/triggers and complications or prognosis and I really like this idea.
